Privacy Policy

I am legally obligated to tell our subscribers and customers what is done with their sensitive information. Sensitive information includes data such as full names, mailing or billing addresses, email addresses, credit card information, etc.

I respect your privacy and your ability to choose how your information is handled. That is why I do not keep anything that can be directly traced back to you.

For Shoppers:

I only handle sensitive information during business with the owner of the information. This means any transactions that require billing and mailing at the time an order is placed. I do not collect or sell data such as full names, mailing or billing addresses, email addresses, credit card information, etc.

The only information that I keep is for inventory or tax purposes and omits all sensitive information. I only record data such as the purchase date, items purchased, total cost, and tax dollars collected.

For Subscribers:

I only handle first names, email addresses, and specific notes shared by subscribers when sending opted in emails. This data is collected + not sold.

For Volunteers:

I only collect first names, email addresses, optionally phone numbers, and accessibility needs. This information is used for contact and to personalize volunteers’ experience at events. Phone numbers are erased after the event the volunteer attended.

The only information I keep includes names and email addresses to count number of unique volunteers for each year. This data is collected + not sold.
